Like many others on this path, Bayasgalan Olkhonud didn't choose shamanism - she was chosen. Twenty years ago, as a successful engineer in Ulaanbaatar's modern world, she began receiving callings she couldn't ignore. The ancestors spoke. The spirits called. What began as confusion transformed into 18 years of rigorous training under the ancient Khokh Tormos lineage.
Today, as an ordained Morgun (the highest teaching rank), Bayasgalan serves as a bridge between ancient Tengri wisdom and modern consciousness evolution. She is one of few shamans authorized by the Nomt Tengri - the North Star house of spiritual education - to carry these teachings globally.

At just 30 years old, Ayush Amgalan stands as a bridge between ancient Mongolian wisdom and contemporary healing practice—a co-founder of Tenger Academy alongside Master Morgun Bayasgalan and an esteemed celestial leader in the shamanic tradition.
Called and prepared by the ancestors since early childhood, Ayush has always known about his special destiny as a shaman. This deep ancestral connection guided him even as he pursued studies in finance and economics at the University of Finance and Economics in Mongolia and advanced training at BPP University in England. His grounding in analytical thinking now informs his precise, methodical approach to healing work—a unique fusion of modern understanding and ancient wisdom.
In 2022, Ayush was elected to Celestial Shaman status, a recognition of his dedication to the Nomt Tenger's sacred duties on Earth. His rapid ascension continued as he was honored as Grand Demch (Great Healer) in 2023, and achieved the title of Grand Zairan in 2024—a testament to his extraordinary gifts and tireless work in service of both earthly and celestial realms.
As a specialist in bio-electric meridian therapeutic massage and a trained psychotherapist in rehabilitation and meridian pathology, Ayush seamlessly integrates ancient shamanic healing techniques with contemporary therapeutic modalities. His work has taken him across international shamanic gatherings, festivals, and sutra transmissions, where he serves as both healer and teacher.
Beyond his healing practice, Ayush is an accomplished musician, playing the traditional jaw harp and morin khuur (horse-head fiddle), instruments that carry the soul of the Mongolian steppes.
