I.HISTORY
In fact, the concept of hypnosis is believed to have spread more than 3,000 years ago. Hypnosis was used as a therapeutic method in the field of medicine by ancient Egyptian, Indian, Tibetan priests, oriental physicians and later by ancient Greek and Roman physicians.
Mircéa Eliade
Mircéa ELIADE (1907-1986)
Ethnographer Mircea Eliade was the first to discover that hypnosis, widely used in South America, Korea, Siberia and Tibet, is a trance state. Medieval physician Ibn Sina discovered that a person can influence things with his gaze. He also pioneered the concept of self-persuasion.
Anton Franz MESMER (1734-1815)
Anton Franz MESMER (1734-1815)
In the 18th century, Anton Franz Mesmer (Germany), a European physician and scientist, developed the theory that hypnosis is a "phenomenon of animal magnetism" and popularized magnetic therapy. In 1784, Mesmer's student, Brigadier General Armen de Puysegur (1751-1825), from an aristocratic French family, discovered that hypnosis did not require touching the patient's body. When he put his patient into a state of hypnotic "somnambulism" (appearing to be asleep), the patient would explain to him the cause of his illness.
FARIA (1756-1819)
FARIA (1756-1819)
In 1813, the Portuguese Catholic priest Faria (1756-1819) wrote the book "The Causes of Conscious Sleep" in which he explained that hypnosis is not a phenomenon of magnetism, but a trance phenomenon resulting from the hypnotist's use of his skills to bewitch the patient's will. The monk Faria used to look his patient in the eye and force him to sit on a chair by hitting him on the shoulder as soon as he ordered him to sleep. Or he would stare at something for a long time. He was also able to make his patients see, hear and feel hallucinations.
In 1819, his student, Jules Denis Dudot, freely performed dental extractions and surgical procedures by hypnotizing his patients and making them feel pain-free. He performed many operations, including amputating a patient's leg. A Dutch surgeon, James Esdale, used Mesmer's technique of hypnotic magnetism to operate and developed a drug-free treatment method that he used on his patients.
Paul BROCAT (1824-1880)
Paul BROCAT (1824-1880)
Etienne Félix, a student of Mesmer, coined the term "Hypnotherapy" in 1820. In 1842, the English physician James Brady proved that if one looks at a shiny object for a long continuous period, the human body and mind enter a state of hypnosis. In 1859, the French physician Paul Broca became director of the Academy of Surgical Sciences with Hypnotic Anesthesia. 3 currents emerged as hypnotherapy was interpreted and developed in various ways.
Jean-Martin CHARCOT (18825-1893)
Jean-Martin CHARCOT (18825-1893)
Jean-Martin Charcot, a neurologist who worked as a general practitioner in a large Parisian hospital, invented several hypnosis techniques. His methods caused a sensation among hypnotists and he used light, heat, air pressure, electric charges, magnets, metals, drugs and vibrations to hypnotize people.
His techniques were soon considered an officially approved therapeutic method, because he proved that hypnotism with the help of various objects was highly therapeutic and fully capable of healing human flesh. In 1881, Dr. J. M. Charcot gave a speech at the Paris Academy of Sciences, which is said to have marked the beginning of the development of hypnosis as a scientific field.
The followers of Nancy (the director of the psychiatric center based on hypnosis) long rejected Dr. Charcot's methods, but soon accepted them because they proved effective.
V.M. BEKHTEREV (1857-1927)
V.M. BEKHTEREV (1857-1927)
At the beginning of the 20th century, the famous Russian scientists Vladimir Mikhailovich Bekhterev and Konstantin Ivanovich Platonov made valuable contributions to the development of hypnosis. Platonov created a scientific laboratory of hypnotherapy, conducted numerous experiments and treated many diseases that were considered incurable.
A man born in a wheelchair was raised, and a person blinded by an accident regained his sight.
In 1896, V. M. Bekhterev was an expert in the trial of a peasant named Buravov, who was accused of using hypnosis and obtaining testimony from a witness. In Saratov, psychologist and hypnotist Mikhail Pavlovich Kutanin founded the school of hypnosis and began to spread the experience gained in Western Europe. He used to hypnotize dozens of people at a time.
Sigmund FREUD (1856-1939)
Sigmund FREUD (1856-1939)
Sigmund Freud, the founder of psychology, studied hypnosis from Nancy to Paris and worked to popularize hypnosis, writing several research articles and books. He showed that hypnosis had become widely used in psychotherapy and that the considerable time spent in psychotherapy could be shortened through hypnosis. He thus expanded hypnotherapy and created fields called "regression hypnosis", "progressive hypnosis" and "psychotherapy".
Dave Ellman has trained many doctors in hypnosis to treat their patients. He discovered a method of entering a deep state of hypnosis, or deep trance, in an instant. His method is called the Elman Guidelines and is widely used throughout the world.
Milton ERICKSON (1901-1980)
Milton ERICKSON (1901-1980)
Milton Erickson is considered the most famous hypnotist known to the public after the war. In 1923, after receiving training in hypnosis, he began to study hypnosis exclusively, giving several lectures and even publishing brochures. In the 1960s, Erikson's hypnosis therapy was developed.
Erickson allegedly spent all his time diagnosing his clients and very little time in hypnosis. He paid attention to the behavior, lifestyle, social status, and psychological age of his client. In 1950, Erickson founded the American Society of Medical Hypnosis, and in 1957 - the Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
Recently, in the late 1980s, psychotherapist and surgeon A. M. Kashpirovsky began hypnosis and psychotherapy at a distance. He is a doctor who has been working in a psychiatric hospital for 25 years. Non-anesthetized patients were hypnotized during surgery. This person is still alive.
Sigmund Freud (1856 - 1939) was an Austrian neurologist and a famous psychologist. He is well known as the "Father of Psychology". Freud holds an important place in the field of psychology because he was the first to scientifically study the unconscious behavior of people.
He had 6 children, the youngest daughter, Anna Freud, became a famous psychologist. It is said that Hitler did not like him because he was Jewish, and he expressed this by publicly burning his books. It is said that some Nazis tried to kill him in various ways. Freud blamed himself for the death of his younger brother, Julius, at the age of eight months, and he later wrote that "guilt is the beginning of many types of mental illness".
In doing so, it does not depend on whether the person's childhood was happy or sad. Thanks to his educated mother, Freud was able to speak Greek, Latin, French, English, Italian and Spanish from a young age and read the classic works of poets, philosophers and playwrights. When Freud entered medical school, he did not intend to become a doctor after graduation, but because he needed money, he worked as a neurologist, working with psychiatric patients and mastering hypnosis.
Eventually, he developed his own method, psychotherapy, because not everything can be treated with hypnosis. The scientific introduction of psychotherapy is considered a major contribution to the medical field. Cocaine was used to enrich Freud's work. There is evidence that scientists of the time believed that cocaine was effective in treating neurological diseases and cardiovascular diseases.
Sigmund Freud later discovered that this substance was very effective in relieving pain. At the beginning of the First World War, the psychoanalytic society he had founded was weakening, his students were drifting away due to differences of opinion, and he was falling into depression as the number of clients dwindled. At this time, he tested the new method of psychoanalysis on himself. It was during his internship with the psychiatrist and neurologist Charcot that Freud understood that hypnosis could be used to treat infertility.
Milton Erickson was born with a visual impairment: he could not see light, he could not hear high notes, and he had no talent for music. It is said that he suffered from dyslexia as a child.
However, at the age of 17, he suffered from polio (spinal paralysis) and managed to live a healthy life thanks to a rehabilitation therapy he invented. He suffered from polio for many years, so he sat in a wheelchair and became paralyzed. But in order to free himself from coronary heart disease for the rest of his life, he created a new stream of psychotherapy, went into a trance, created a new form of hypnosis with vivid language and was able to completely heal himself.
Milton Erickson was a doctor, founder and first president of the American Society of Clinical Psychiatry, a member of the American Psychiatric Association, a member of the American Psychiatric Association, and a member of the American Association of Psychotherapists. A training foundation of the American Medical Psychiatric Association is named after him.
Mr. Erickson famously said, "My voice can become the melody you love to listen to, the song of birds, the whistling of the wind, the rustling of leaves, the sound of a waterfall" and demonstrated how the power of words can be used in hypnosis.
A journalist suffering from alcohol poisoning went to Dr. Milton Erickson for help. He also said that he had struggled many times to stop drinking, but had not achieved much. Then, Dr. Erickson uttered only one sentence: "Look at the cactus flower outside for two hours."
The trance state he discovered is called Eriksonian hypnosis. He said that most of our lives are based on unconditioned reflexes that are beyond our control.
II. SCIENCE OF MONGOLIAN ANCESTORS - HYPNOSIS
We, who live on this Earth, are connected in many ways to the stars, space and the hidden world. For example. There are many ways to become clairvoyant: wearing amulets, meditating, doing yoga, praying, using symbols, connecting with the shamanic spirit, connecting with the power of the spirit and tantra, etc. One of them is hypnosis, which is a very powerful method.
Even though everyone knows that he has a soul, he also begins to realize that he must keep his soul pure and healthy. And it is no secret that everyone has sensitivities, intuition, clairvoyance but only some have the abilities of magicians.
This is a very good thing. Just as the body has five senses, the soul also has eyes, ears, a mouth, hands and a nose, and it always transmits sounds and information from the underworld to its master.
With the help of hypnosis, everyone can connect with the underworld, improve their intuition, recover the energy their body needs from nature and the stars, connect through their soul with higher beings, the world of Souls, their roots, ancestors and extraterrestrials, and acquire knowledge, wisdom and creativity, access prophecy, divine knowledge and higher intelligence.
Many people have hypnotic seals, that is, they have the Seal of the Shamans, the Seal of the Gods, the Seal of the Brains or the Seal of the Guardians and that through hypnosis it is activated: their connection with the underworld improves, their vision opens and their spiritual power increases.
Just as none of us wants to be physically weak, sick or blind, the Soul does not want its body to be devoid of vision, power, magic or wisdom.
We, human beings, are born into this world to develop our spiritual body, called eternal, with the help of our physical body, to grow in knowledge and come closer to Enlightenment.
With the help of a good teacher, you can become a clairvoyant, an intellectual, a scientist, a genius and perhaps even a magician in a short time through hypnosis.
Hypnosis reduces negative energies in the human brain in a very short time, repairs and strengthens the brain, and many brain diseases, mental illnesses, mental retardation and disabilities are treated through hypnosis. All kinds of corrections can be made with hypnosis, starting with genealogical curses.
Without a doubt, hypnosis is one of the wonderful sciences passed down from generation to generation by Mongolian ancestors. Behind the magic lies the great power of heaven. Do not miss the opportunity of this moment when everyone wakes up and connects to their heaven and lineage.
III. THE EXPERIENCED HERO OF HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis has already been referred to in the channeled and transcribed book “The Thirty-three Heroes of the Great Sky of Nomt” whose story takes place 3500 years ago, and in which we speak of an experienced hero of hypnosis.
IV. BRAIN WAVE STATES
There are 5 different brain wave states:
  1. Beta State:
    • We fully feel our body.
  2. Alpha State
    • We enter a light trance state.
    • We can remember childhood memories and sensitive moments. It is possible to install a program to quit smoking and lose weight.
  3. Theta State
    • We have the sensation of the environment, recovery of a higher consciousness, reinforcement of instincts, self-hypnosis, therapeutic hypnosis (we deal here with therapy against cancer, drugs, alcohol and mental disorders).
  4. Delta State
    • We sleep deeply. Self-hypnosis, therapeutic hypnosis, treatment of insomnia.
  5. Gamma State

V. PREPARING FOR HYPNOSIS TREATMENT
During our treatment, a person enters into hypnosis through the spiritual body, left brain and brain cells. Through hypnosis, a person's soul can improve its connection with its own spiritual being and restore the abilities of its spiritual body.
Then:
  • Soul - the crown chakras are activated.
  • Left Brain - the connection with the hidden world is restored.
  • The symmetry of the right and left brain is lost.

Some lower chakras will lose their function. (sacral chakra)
During hypnosis, the physical body rests and the spiritual body is treated, which is why the feeling of invigoration after a good night's sleep is the greatest. We practice hypnosis according to the following technique:
  • Purification of the mind
  • Quick cleaning
  • Opening of channels
  • Putting into hypnosis
  • Energy supply

You determine the purpose of hypnosis.
  • Cleansing the physical and spiritual body
  • Collecting energy in your spiritual body
  • Improving your intuition
  • Self-correction
  • Relieving stress
  • Treatment

Make personal preparations for being hypnotized.
  • Choose a quiet, dark or dimly lit environment.
  • Choose a comfortable position for prolonged lying/sitting.
  • It is recommended to lie down
  • Prepare a warm blanket
  • Some people hypnotize better early in the morning and others in the evening, so consider your characteristics and plan a time
  • Cover your eyes with light-proof material or use a blindfold.
  • Prepare candles
  • Have a light meal
  • Have a positive attitude before and after hypnosis, without saying bad words or having bad thoughts.
