  • Presentation of the course:

     This 14-day program will allow you to follow and attend real shamanic ceremonies organized by us while visiting central Mongolia and particular energetic places (Orkhon Valley, Tsenker hot springs, Tsagaan nuur lake, Terelj, HAIHEM I center, HAIHEM II). These shamanic ceremonies will pay homage to the different guardians of the places and will allow you to better know Mongolian shamanism.

DAY 1: Departure from your country
  

DAY 2 : Arrival in Ulaanbaatar – Visit to the house of TENGER BEKHI – Presentation of program and diagnosis
Pick up at the airport and transfer directly to the hotel in Ulaanbaatar.
Visit of the Tenger Bekhi House, discussion of the course program, meeting with the speakers, the teachers.
Alternation between bio-energetic massage with the Ayush shaman in order to cleanse your body before starting the journey to attend the future shamanic ceremonies.

DAY 3 : 1st day of travel – Tuv aimag - Moltsog Els - HAIHEM I
After breakfast, we will depart for the beautiful natural area of ​​Moltsog Els in Tuv aimag. Our HAIHEM I complex is located at the end of the Khustai range, a natural site.
We will stay at HAIHEM I center for two nights.

Shamanic training and ceremony:
We will see what are the rituals of the sun and mother earth. What are the offerings to be made, their purpose, importance and results
We will use the energy of sand for 2 treatments to restore the connection between mother earth and the body, then to nourish the vital energy of bones, muscles and fire.
In the evening, possibility to participate in the shamanic ceremony of fire.

DAY 4 : 2nd day of travel – Visit to Khustai Park, Deer Stones, visit and ceremonies at the sacred mountains - Ceremony for Mother Earth
After breakfast we will spend the day exploring Khustain Nuruu National Park, a special conservation area where we will visit a museum, learn about the reintroduction of the Tahi (Przewalski's horse) and see ancient stone statues of deer.

Shamanic training and ceremony:
We will see what are the rituals to the mountain gods. What are the offerings to be made, their purpose, importance and results.
We will study what is the umbilical link between humans and Mother Earth and what is the maternal link between humans and nature. We will also see how and why to love nature.

DAY 5 : 3rd day of travel – Sand dunes, Khogno Khan mountain, statue of Queen Mandukhai: Ovorkhangai – Orkhon Valley - Sky ceremony and offerings to the stars
After breakfast, we will depart to Ovorkhangai province. On the way, we will see one of the most beautiful natural sites, the protected area of ​​sand dunes and Khogn Khan mountain.
In the late afternoon, we will arrive in the Orkhon Valley, home to the famous waterfall (Ulantsutgalan) where we will stay 2 days with nomadic families.

Shamanic training and ceremony:
Before leaving, we will make blessings and milk offerings for the journey,
During the day, we will communicate with life in the underworld of the sand dunes and make offerings to the guardians of the underworld of Khogn Khan mountain, with melodious songs.
We will also pay homage to the statue of Queen Mandukhai, the most famous in Mongolia.
In the evening, sky ceremony and offerings to the stars.

DAY 6 : 4th day of travel – Orkhon Valley and Waterfall – Ceremony for the guardians of the waterfall and the guardians of Khas
After breakfast, we will visit the Orkhon Falls. During the day, you will discover the life of nomadic families.

Shamanic training and ceremony:
In the morning, we will see what is the vital link between the upper, middle and lower worlds. We will also do an offering ritual to the guardians of life and death.
At the waterfall, we will do a ritual to receive the blessings of the Orkhon Falls. And we will also do hypnotherapy and meditation to recover the strength of the waterfall. Finally, we will end with a ritual of thanks to the guardians of the place.
In the evening, we will do a ceremony for the guardians of the waterfall and the guardians of Khas.

DAY 7 : 5th day of travel – Arkhangai – Tsenkher hot springs – thermal cure – Ceremony for the world of Lus and the guardians of the hot spring
After breakfast, we leave the Orkhon Valley and head to Arkhangai Province.
In the afternoon, we will visit the famous Tsenkher hot springs where we can take a nice hot bath.

Shamanic training and ceremony:
In the morning, out of respect for the place where you camped and rested, it is customary to make offerings with tea.
Then, we will do the ritual to receive the blessings of the spring and to connect to the energy of the Lus continent.
We will see the characteristics and therapeutic qualities of the hot springs.
In the evening, ceremony for the world of Lus and the guardians of the hot spring

DAY 8 : 6th day of travel – Arkhangai – Khorgo Volcano – Tsagaan Nuur Lake, Lus Continent – ​​Ceremony for the mermaids and the king of the lake
After breakfast, we will depart from Tsenkher hot springs and drive through Tsetserleg, the center of Arkhangai aimag, to the national park, where we will visit the beautiful natural landscape of Tsagaan Nuur Lake.
Here we will stay with a nomadic family for 2 days, participate in nomadic life and perform many interesting shamanic rituals, at the different sites we will visit.

Shamanic training and ceremony:
Arrive at the park, visit the Lake.
In the evening, ceremony for the mermaids and the king of the lake.

DAY 9 : 7th day of travel – Khorgo Volcano – Tsagaan Nuur Lake – the guardians of the caves, the lower continent – ​​Fire ceremony for the guardians of the volcano
In the morning, we will visit the Khorgo volcano and the surrounding caves. Many ceremonies during the day.
Participation in the activities of the nomadic family.

Shamanic training and ceremony:
In the morning, before visiting the caves, we will do a ceremony for the guardians of the caves.

In the evening, fire ceremony for the guardians of the volcano.

DAY 10 : 8th day of travel – Tuv aimag - Moltsog Els - HAIHEM I - Ceremony for the guardians of the sand dunes
Departure after breakfast to return to the HAIHEM I center. It is a long day of driving that awaits us to return.

In the morning, out of respect for the place where you camped and rested, it is customary to make offerings with tea.

DAY 11 : 9th day of travel – Tsonjin – Visit of the equestrian statue of Genghis Khan and his warriors as well as the statue of Oulen Ujin (his mother) – HAIHEM II center - Ceremony for the guardians of Thunder and the ancestors
After breakfast, we will depart to HAIHEM II center in Erdene sum, Tüv aimag. On the way, we will see the equestrian statue of Genghis Khan and his warriors as well as the statue of Queen Oulen Ujin.
We will arrive in the evening at HAIMEM II center where we will prepare for the evening activities.

DAY 12 : 10th day of travel – Terelj (Turtle Rock), Tuul River – Ceremonies
After breakfast we will head to Terelj Nature Park. During the day we will travel to unique natural formations such as Tuul River and Turtle Rock.
In the late afternoon we will return to HAIHEM Center to prepare for the evening activities.

DAY 13: Ulanbator – The House of Tenger Bekhi
After breakfast, we head to the capital Ulaanbaatar where we will reach the hotel.
After lunch, visit the Tenger Bekhi house and the Khukh Turmus training center. Review of the trip, take commemorative photos and write comments in the guestbook.

Highlights of the course
You are leaving for an extraordinary adventure in the company of real Mongolian shamans trained in hypnotherapy and their assistants. During the stay, you will address important themes related to shamanism every day: history, practices and symbolism. You will meditate in their company and will have the chance to attend shamanic ceremonies. Their hypnotherapy treatments guided by their spirits are very powerful and correspond to several years of therapy in the West. Thanks to this course, you will move up a gear to heal your wounds from the past.
